When your vehicle gets really dirty inside and out and a simple trip to a carwash  wont do, you need to take your vehicle to a professional detailer. If you have never had your car detailed, you may have questions. Here are a few frequently asked questions about detailing.

1. Q. What is detailing?
A. A basic car wash usually includes: a hand wash, Vacuum, Cleaning the door and trunk jambs, Dress tires and cleaning the windows. But detailing can go much further. Degreasing the outer shell from road tar and foreign objects, cleaning hubcaps or aluminum wheels and/or white walls, buffing with a high speed buffer to remove scratches, waxing the clear coat , cleaning all plastic and leather, shampooing interior carpeting, dressing interior.

2. Q. Do I need an appointment to bring my car in for a detail?
A. Yes, we like to ensure that the proper time is devoted to your vehicle. So that we can do the best job possible. 1 or 2 days in advance is all that is usually required.

3. Q. What happens if I have to cancel my appointment ?
A. We only require that you give us at least 24 cancellation notice and we can reschedule you for a more convenient time.

4. Q. How long will it take to detail my vehicle?
A. Depending the type of detailing you choose and the condition of the vehicle a time frame can run anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.

5. Q. How often should I get my car detailed?
A. A wash and vac every ten to fourteen days and a waxing every three to four months or when you notice that water no longer
beads off your vehicle. Waxing is important, wax is the only thing that really protects the clear coat well. See our tips page.


6. Q. How much will it cost to have my vehicle detailed?
A. Again depending the type of detailing you choose and the condition of the vehicle

7. Q. What if I have a concern after my vehicle is detailed?
A. We hope your detailing experience with us will be a good one and one of many,
